Presenters will speak briefly about digital badges (Victor Baeza & Cinthya Ippoliti), technology infrastructures available to suppport badging (Ken Tothero), and the potential for badges to enhance professional development (Nathalie Steinfeld Childre and Sarah Sweeney).

Following the short presentations, attendees and presenters will participate in a lively discussion about the benefits and challenges of using digital badges.
