The COERLL team is excited to announce the upcoming visit to UT Austin of Paul Mandell of the University of Houston Downtown. Dr. Mandell is Assistant Professor of Spanish and Language Program Director for the UH Downtown Spanish language program. You may find out more about his experience here

Professor Mandell's presentation on "Input and a Focus on Meaning in Online Beginning Language Instruction" will use examples from the online Spanish courses he teaches, but he will address pedagogical design issues that are relevant for teaching any world language in the online setting.
